Thank you for your interest in one of our rental properties. Please review the requirements and instructions below before moving forward with the application.
- Minimum credit score of 600; credit scores 500 – 600 require a credit-worthy co-signer for application approval (no exceptions )
- Income at least (3) three times the monthly rental amount
- No evictions or landlord/tenant cases
- No Criminal History
- Credit Check for history, open accounts, late payments, delinquency, and credit score
All application decisions are final. APPLICATION FEE is NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS
You will also be required to submit copies of your paystubs and other supporting documents for any income that is listed on the application. You will also have to provide a copy of a valid State ID, and Social Security Card.
Co-Applicants must submit and pay for a separate application.
Application Fee: $25.00 (eCheck or Credit Card)
You must pay for your Application at the time of submitting or else your application will not be submitted.
